Easier to lift the cab off of the truck to make repairs to the head vs pulling the whole engine out.

2001 Ford F-150, problem with plugs blowing out of the cylinders.  Most of the cylinders had already had new threads and plugs replaced.  One cylinder plug was missing part of the electrode and was stuck under and bent valve.  This was about a 20 hour job.  It was easier and more cost effective to lift the cab off of the truck to make repairs to the head vs pulling the whole engine out.

Ford Fusion AC Accumulator was leaking.

Ford Fusion AC Evaporator was leaking. Many of the AC Evaporators and Heater Cores must be accessed by removing the dash, such as this one.  

  • 1st Picture, the dash is take out, the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) Case is still present in the middle .  This is where all the ductwork and air doors are for the heater and air conditioner.  Sometimes the dash has to be removed to repla
